Anti-Bullying Day

Today 2nd of May, in honor of the celebration of the International day against Bullying in Spain, I want to share with you a new video of my section Inspiring videos.

The video is called Bullying Jr. and it is part of a Burguer King campaign where the brand speaks up against these acts of violence towards specially, young people. BK believes that everyone has the right to live their own way, and I personally agree (and so should be everybody).

This is a video my mentor-teacher showed to her students during my internship and I found it exceptional. I strongly believe that this is an awesome video to share with your students or children because it gives visibility to this issue in an extraordinary and realistic way. It is a perfect reflection of today's society. It shows us that we clearly are doing something wrong when people are more worried about their burgers than they are about a defenceless teen. 

Children can clearly see this through the video and we must make sure that our students/children learn from it 3 things: that bullying is not a funny thing and that jokes or offences should finish when someone is starting to feel mistreated, that it is important to react to these situations and ask for help, and that no one that witnesses this kind of behaviours should remain silent.
